ICC AIMS
The International Coaching Council (ICC) Coach
Training Accreditation Program (CTAP) aims to
improve international, best-class standard of
coach training by providing a structured
pathway for individuals, businesses and
organizational coaching educators who aim to deliver
world leading coach trainer courses/education.
Unfortunately, far too many
Coach Training Agencies (inside organizations or
external coach training educators) deliver courses that
are sub-standard with worthless certification. In an increasingly
crowded coach training market, prospective
students today need to verify that a coach
training course meets international
standards and the course provider operates at an
internationally standard of excellence.
The aim of the ICC Coach Training Educators Accreditation
Program is to assure students will be offered
a world best-class, quality learning experience
and qualifications. (See below page).

Entry
Criteria:
Applicants should possess a relevant
training record and
professional development experience to be considered for invitation into this prestigious Accreditation Program.
-
Educational Institutions, or training bodies / companies
(with single sites or multiple sites in one country or in
international locations) providing a training capability for
public programs or client's staff.
-
Learning and development agencies and public/third
sector/not-for-profit government organizations.
-
Organizations with their own training capability for their
own staff (or planning one)
Note: To reduce the application processing time a small
number of select applicants are now able to bypass the telephone
interview process and have their application directly submitted to
the Board's Section Panel for consideration. The Panel may
request additional references or support material from an applicant
to assist them in confirming their suitability.
Time frame
for accreditation / processing of your application.
- Typically within 3 days after receipt of the Application.
However, timeframes may vary according to the
information provided in the submission.
- Assuming the Educator is approved by the
selection Panel and the relevant license fee is then remitted, an ICC Seal of Approval/logo
and Accreditation Certificate is
issued to the approved Course Developer for marketing purposes plus
they receive BCI's gold-standard MCC (Master Certified Coach and
Diploma) Course
with rights to use course modules in their own courses (see below
Form for details).
Accreditation Fee/s:
There is no upfront fee charged for
research, review and assessment.
- Licensing Fee varies according to educator's profile/size and courses
offered etc (including student fees/type of courses and frequency
held/location/local currency).
The ICC will always protect its
valued name in the world marketplace and therefore maintains the right to revoke any
Licensing arrangement.
NEXT STEPS:
1. Your
submission of below Application Form.
2. Our Office then contacts you to establish a mutually
convenient time for Dr Perry Zeus to call you. During the interview
Perry will be able to discuss your accreditation needs, best-suited
accreditation fee and answer any question/s. Subject to a mutually
satisfactory outcome of the interview, he will then present your
application to the Institute's Accreditation Selection Panel.
3. Within 24 hours following the Interview you will be
emailed a decision
and, if approved, the appropriate accreditation license fee
required to be paid
via bank transfer or direct deposit) within the next 5 days.
4. When
the relevant license fee is remitted, your ICC Accreditation
Certification, Seals of
Approval/logos and Master Coach Course is then forwarded.
